All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Enquiries

Bookings may be made via our website, email, or other communication channels.

A booking is only considered confirmed once agreed in writing and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, equipment failure, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Pricing may be charged per hour, per session, or per project, depending on the service. Final pricing may vary based on duration, scope, location, and deliverables.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payments are processed securely through Wix and its approved payment providers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated as early as reasonably possible.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once a photography session has taken place or editing work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Delivery of Images

Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Image delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up delivered files once access has been provided.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All photographs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered images for personal or agreed commercial purposes. Images may not be resold, altered, or redistributed without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to locations, obtaining permissions, and informing us of any restrictions or requirements related to the shoot.

We are not responsible for missed shots or reduced quality due to client delays, location limitations, or third-party interference.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in any activity that may disrupt or damage the site or its services.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable steps to deliver services professionally and reliably. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
