If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as early as reasonably possible.

Cancellations made before a photography session takes place may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
Once a photography session has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

4. Work Already Performed

No refunds will be provided for:

Time spent on photography sessions
Editing or post-production work that has already begun
Digital images that have been delivered

This includes partial completion of services.

5. Digital Deliverables

All images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once digital files have been delivered or access has been provided, regardless of whether the files have been downloaded.

6. Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer reasonable revisions or adjustments, but we do not guarantee refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction or stylistic preference.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and within a reasonable timeframe.

Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.

Completed photography sessions
Editing and post-production work
Digital image files once delivered
Missed appointments or no-shows
